Many leaders in the community have asked that a community activism archive be created that would bring into one location the valuable information about how people in Lowell have solved problems. Usually, most information of this sort gets lost. People develop effective strategies and plans for addressing environmental issues but then they move on and no one knows about the work that they did. As a part of a course on "Advanced Community Dynamics" (Fall 2003), we designed archives, gathering information on community group, programs and businesses.
Note: If you are using the documents for any reason we ask that you credit the source to where you found the document as well as the author.
Special thanks to graduate students of the Advanced Community Dynamics Class (Fall 2003) and Professor Silka for starting this online archive.
