E. COLI Fermentation Development 

E. coli is the organism of choice for nonglycosylated recombinant protein production.  Proteins can be expressed as inclusion bodies, intracellular soluble protein or periplasmic secreted proteins.  E. coli has many advantages for use as a production host.
