Bharath Srinivasan is a graduate student in the Solar Energy Engineering Program. He completed his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with distinction from SASTRA University, India. After a brief stint at Siemens Water Technologies, Singapore, he moved to UMass Lowell in the fall of 2007 to obtain a master’s degree in solar energy engineering. He is currently working with Professor Mil'shtein to create a solar commuting bike. Currently enrolled courses include solar utilization, energy and environment, and mathematical methods for engineers.
