    Ameya M.Shendye is a graduate student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at UMass Lowell. He is majoring in solid state electronics and biometrics. He has been on the AETC team as a graduate research assistant since the fall of 2006. His master’s research focuses mainly on quantum well HBT’s and biometrics.
