Aemy V. Churi is a graduate student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at UMass Lowell. He is majoring in solid state electronics. He has been in the AETC team as a graduate research assistant since the fall of 2006. His master’s research focuses mainly on high speed semiconductor devices.
