Bio Sketch
Paul Morse is The New England Consortium's Project Director and Co-Principal Investigator. He has career training experience in a number of different organizations. As the outreach director of the New Hampshire Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health (NHCOSH), he helped develop a model pilot training program for school personnel, parents, and administrators on the successful implementation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Indoor Air Quality Tools for Schools Action Program. He also supervised NHCOSH's training programs on such topics as ergonomics, effective health and safety committee dynamics, HAZWOPER awareness, and the implementation of a community environmental justice risk-mapping project related to pollution prevention in the city of Manchester, NH . As an adult education instructor at Concord (NH) Second Start, he led workshops on political and economic literacy, and facilitated teacher and student project teams focusing on civic participation and community development.
