Educational Background

David holds an Associate Degree from the New Hampshire Technical Institute, a Bachelors Degree from Franklin Pierce College and a Masters Degree from Rivier College School of Graduate Studies.

Bio Sketch

David Coffey is the Special Projects Manager for the Weapons of Mass Destruction Worker Education & Training Supplemental Project at the University of Massachusetts – Lowell, New England Consortium. He is also currently a full time Associate Professor at Hesser College in Manchester, New Hampshire teaching in the Health Sciences Division. David has served for 22 years in the Public Safety field. His Public Safety experience includes positions as a Police Patrol Officer, College Public Safety Director and Emergency Paramedic.

He presently serves with the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary performing rescue, maritime patrols, vessel safety inspections and facility security with the Operations and Marine Safety Divisions at the Portsmouth New Hampshire Coast Guard Station.
