Bio Sketch

Elaine Donnelly, Ed.M. manages a partnership between the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Lowell High School that promotes college access and retention for low-income and first-generation-to-college students. Her background experience includes facilitating enrichment programming for middle and high school students, overseeing college access initiatives through Middlesex Community College and non-profit work related to out-of-school time and related preventative interventions for youth. A former Peace Corps volunteer, her interests include educational policy, adolescent resiliency and educational attainment challenges both domestic and abroad. Elaine’s holds a Master’s degree in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
