Leonor Daley has worked on the GEAR UP program for over 2 years, first as the Associate Manager of Parent Outreach and currently as the Associate Manager of College and Career Awareness. She currently splits time between GEAR UP and the Science of Small Things, which is an NSF funded nanotechnology after school program.
