Jason Carter, MA as the assistant program manager for the Nellie Mae funded Partnership for College Success, manages many of the technical aspects of the program, including maintaining the PCS student database, the PCS portion of the LHS web site and the other forms of electronic communication that the project utilizes. He is also an adjunct instructor in political science.
