Bowa G. Tucker is an doctorate of education candidate at UMass Boston, Graduate College of Education. He has over eight years of project management and facilitation experience. His current responsibilities at the UMass Lowell, Center for Family Work and Community include developing and implementing processes for linking students in both the Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Program (GEAR UP) and other citywide programs aimed at increasing academic achievement and access to post-secondary education for underrepresented students.
