Parking
If parking is not available in the lot in front of the Inn and Conference Center (ICC), proceed to 2nd level entrance of the adjacent Lower Locks Municipal Garage (take left out of ICC parking lot and another immediate left into garage). Parking rate is $8/day maximum.  Free shuttle bus to ICC is also available from all UMass Lowell campuses.
