The STARTS (Students and Teacher Arts) Series offers a variety of high quality performing arts experiences for students during the school day. The Center is dedicated to introducing students and teachers to the performing arts in a manner which is both entertaining and educational. Performances include theatre, opera, dance, music, puppets, musical theatre, black light theatre, juggling and more, all linked to the curriculum for grades K – 10. Over thirty-five thousand students and teachers participate in STARTS programs annually.
The Discovery Series is offered to families on Sunday afternoons throughout the year. All performances are selected for their high artistic quality, family appeal and age appropriateness. The Discovery Series celebrates human creativity, imagination, interpersonal communication and the magical bond forged between performer and audience.
