The accounting concentration provides students with the opportunity to obtain the quantitative analytical skills necessary for developing and analyzing financial information for all types of institutions.

Data accumulation, analysis, and interpretation, together with communication of results, are fundamental activities of professional accountants. The accounting courses contain numerous general ledger and spreadsheet projects, reinforcing computer literacy and project orientation.
