Introduction to Athletic Training

This 8-week course will take you through a pre-season workout schedule that is appropriate for the active/athletic population to help prevent plateau but is also perfect for a novice trainee too! Classes will be run as a circuit-style workout to maximize the amount of work done in each 1-hour session.
Functional exercises will utilize your own body weight, kettlebells and other functional equipment. No experience is necessary. The spring class will meet on Monday evenings 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. in Studio 1, February 6 – April 2, with no class on 3/12. Register by 2/6.

Fee per individual:
- Students: $25
- Non-Student Members: $40
- Non-Members: $55
