- The Fall 2009 Group Fitness Schedule ended on Wednesday, November 18th. The Fall 2009 Group Fitness "Finals Schedule" will run from 11/30-12/9.
Winter Break Schedule [January 2010] (Jan. 4 -21)
- There will be no class on 1/18 (Martin Luther King Day). Schedule TBD
Spring 2010 Group Fitness Schedule (Jan. 25 - April 28)
- The Spring 2010 Group Fitness Schedule will begin on Monday, Jan. 25 and run through Wednesday, April 28. There will be no classes on 2/15 (Presidents Day), the week of 3/15-3/18 (Spring Break Week), and 4/19 (Patriots Day).
- There will be a reduced group fitness schedule for the remainder of the Spring 2010 semester May 3-13. Schedules TBD.
- Campus Recreation members have unlimited access to Group Fitness classes that are offered each semester & during the summer. However, it is recommended not to take more than two classes per day.
- All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Please refer to the class descriptions to determine appropriate classes for your fitness level.
- Class sizes are determined by equipment use and studio space. Admittance to a class is on a first-come/first-served basis. Please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of class.
- Group Fitness E-Mail List: Sign up here.This e-mail list will notify you of any changes in schedules, upcoming classes, and important news about the program. All you need to do is send an e-mail saying you want to join.
