- The spring 2012 GFIT schedule will run Monday, January 23 - Thursday, May 4 with no classes on February 20 for President's Day, March 9 - 16 for Spring Break, April 16 for Patriot's Day, or April 27 for University Day.
- Campus Recreation members have unlimited access to Group Fitness classes that are offered each semester & during the summer. However, it is recommended not to take more than two classes per day.
- All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Please refer to the class descriptions to determine appropriate classes for your fitness level.
- Class sizes are determined by equipment use and studio space. Admittance to a class is on a first-come/first-served basis. Please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of class.
- Sign up for the Group Fitness E-mail List. This e-mail list will notify you of any changes in schedules, upcoming classes, and important news about the program. All you need to do is send an e-mail saying you want to join.
