Group Fitness (GFIT)

Group fitness classes are a great way to learn about the importance of regular exercise in a group setting. Instructors will teach you how to perform the exercises in a safe environment. In addition, instructors suggest modifications for each exercise to accommodate your current fitness level.
Classes each semester will include cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, and mind/body exercises. There is no cost to participate, just show up a few minutes before the class starts. Class schedules will be determined by class attendance and interest levels.
