Policies and Procedures
- The Spring 2008 Schedule will run from Monday, February 4th
through Friday, May 9th There will be NO classes
on February 18th, March 17th-21st, or April 21st.
- All students, staff, faculty and alumni members are welcome to participate in the Group Fitness Program. No
registration is necessary. There is no fee to
participate!!!
- All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Please refer to class descriptions to determine appropriate classes for your fitness level.
- It is not recommend that anyone takes more than 2 Group
Fitness Classes per day.
- Class sizes are determined by equipment use and studio space. Admittance to a class is on a first come, first serve basis. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to start of class.
- The instructor reserves the right to turn away participants
that show up late for any class.
- Class schedule is subject to change on a monthly basis
depending on class attendance or interest levels in new classes.
