Policies and Procedures

  • The Spring 2008 Schedule will run from Monday, February 4th through Friday, May 9th  There will be NO classes on February 18th, March 17th-21st, or April 21st.
  • All students, staff, faculty and alumni members are welcome to participate in the Group Fitness Program. No registration is necessary.  There is no fee to participate!!!
  • All fitness levels are encouraged to participate.  Please refer to class descriptions to determine appropriate classes for your fitness level.
  • It is not recommend that anyone takes more than 2 Group Fitness Classes per day.
  • Class sizes are determined by equipment use and studio space.  Admittance to a class is on a first come, first serve basis.  Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to start of class.
  • The instructor reserves the right to turn away participants that show up late for any class.
  • Class schedule is subject to change on a monthly basis depending on class attendance or interest levels in new classes.
