A General Bequest

I give, devise and bequeath to the University of Massachusetts Foundation Inc., for the benefit of the University of Massachusetts Lowell__________ dollars ($_________ ) for the general purposes of the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

 

A Specific Bequest

I give, devise and bequeath to the University of Massachusetts Foundation Inc., for the benefit of the University of Massachusetts Lowell my (describe specific property).

 

A Residuary Bequest

I give, devise and bequeath to the University of Massachusetts Foundation Inc., for the benefit of the University of Massachusetts Lowell __________ percent (______%) of my residuary estate.

If you wish to designate a specific use for a bequest, please contact the Office of Gift Planning prior to finalizing your plans in order to discuss any designations you may be considering. This will help to avoid creating a bequest that may be vague in its intention or difficult for the University to fulfill.
