Official UMass Lowell Alumni ID Card

The Office of Alumni Relations is pleased to present this to you free of charge. This card will grant you access to many of our benefits and services, such as our libraries and Costello Gym. The card also bears your personal identification number, which you will need to gain access to our Alumni On-Line Community.

There is no cost for your Alumni ID Card as it is a gift from the University. There will be a replacement fee of $5 if your card is lost or stolen.
