Open House Schedule - Sunday, November 1, 2009

Remember to turn your clocks back one hour, as Daylight Savings ends at 2:00 a.m., Sunday, November 1, 2009.
Open House begins at the Tsongas Arena. Transportation is provided from there to UMass Lowell North, South and East.
Here are a few notes about the day to help you plan accordingly:
- Doors open at the Tsongas Arena at 8:30 a.m.
- Doors close at the Tsongas Arena at 11:00 a.m.
- Travel time between campuses can take approximately 15 minutes.
- There is a lot to see; please do not feel rushed. There are numerous configurations to plan your day at Open House.
- Admissions Representatives will be at each bus stop to help direct you to your destination.
- Want to see more? You are more than welcome to visit campus again anytime.
The schedule of the day is broken down by each campus/area with the Tsongas Arena, East Campus, North Campus, and South Campus:
8:30 a.m. Doors Open – Exhibits are up and Deans and Faculty from each department and college are available to answer questions.
8:45 a.m. Financial Aid Workshop #1 (approximately 45 minutes)
Buses begin rotations to campus
9:15 a.m. Financial Aid Workshop #2 (approximately 45 minutes)
9:45 a.m. Financial Aid Workshop #3 (approximately 45 minutes)
10:15 a.m. Financial Aid Workshop #4 (approximately 45 minutes)
11:00 a.m. Last bus leaves for campus
Doors close at the Arena
East Campus– Tours last approximately 35 minutes:
8:00 a.m. Continuous Residence Life & Campus Recreation Center Tours Begin*
*This is the early bird option- leave directly from the garage with your express check-in pass, which will be e-mailed the week of the event.
Noon Last Residence Life & Campus Recreation Center Tour
9:00 a.m. General North Campus Tours Begin – they run every 15 minutes from the North Campus Bus Stop
Engineering Continuous Tours Begin – Cumnock Hall
10:00 a.m. College of Engineering Dean’s Presentation, followed by tours of the Engineering Department – Cumnock Hall
Continuous Science Tours Begin – Olney & Olsen Halls
10:30 a.m. College of Management Presentation #1 – Pasteur 301
11:30 a.m. College of Management Presentation #2 – Pasteur 301
11:45 a.m. Last Engineering Tour Begins – Cumnock Hall
Last Sciences Tour Begins – Olney & Olsen Halls
Last General North Campus Tour Begins – Bus Stop
9:30 a.m. General South Campus Tours begin – they run every 15 minutes from the Gazebo
10:00 a.m. School of Health and Environment Tours Begin – they run every 15 minutes from Weed Lobby

The last bus will leave the Arena at 11:00 a.m.
Bus service will continue from each campus until all guests have returned to the Arena.
