What’s in a Completed Application Package?
Your completed application package will include:
1. A completed application for Undergraduate Admission.
2. Score from the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) of the College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) or the American College Test (ACT)* The CEEB code number for UMass Lowell is 3911.
3. An Official Secondary School and/or College Record. All transcripts from international institutions must be evaluated at the Center for Education Documentation (P.O. Box 325, Boston, MA 02130, tel.: 617-522-4738, fax: 617-983-5232) before the University advisors review them for transfer credits. If the applicant has not completed high school, a copy of the G.E.D. and school transcripts of all high school course work attempted should be forwarded.
4. Course Description: In order for appropriate transfer of credits to take place, course descriptions are required for all undergraduate coursework. Once the course descriptions are received, these will be forwarded to the appropriate academic department for evaluation. Please note that approval of transfer credits is determined by each individual department, and there are no guarantees that transfer credits will be granted.
5. Certification of Finances: Upon acceptance, all international students must file the financial resource form, Certification of Finances, which evidences sufficient financial resources for their years of study at the University.

7. A copy (front and back) of your U.S. alien registration card if you have one.
