National Guard Tuition & Fee Waiver

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be an active member of the Massachusetts National Guard in good standing
• Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program
• Has not exceeded the 130 semester credit hours maximum when combined with Certificate of Eligibility (100% tuition waiver), prior to September 1, 2006

Procedure

• Contact National Guard, Education Office
• Obtain Certificate of Eligibility (TAGMA Form 621-3)
• Send white copy (original with seal) to Accounts Receivable Office at UMass Lowell
• Yellow copy to be retained by student
