Office of Accounts Receivable

The goal of the Accounts Receivable Office is to serve and support students at the University of Massachusetts Lowell by providing accurate and timely student account information, according to University policies and procedures. Our office is always happy to answer any questions students may have about billing statements, charges assessed or payments received and posted to their accounts.
