Paper bills are no longer sent to the students' permanent home addresses.

Students will receive an email notification to their U-Mass Lowell student email account (e.g. John_Doe@student.uml.edu) when a new bill has been generated. This notification will provide the balance due as well as the due date. Students will be directed to log into http://isis.uml.edu to access the actual bill which will be in a .pdf format.

Students will be able to view/print/pay their bill online at http://isis.uml.edu.

Students will be able to forward their bill electronically to parent(s)/legal guardians etc. by saving the invoice file to their computer and forwarding as an attachment in an email message.

Payment Options

Choose make a payment or view your account on-line by logging on to the Student Information System (iSiS).
Mail payments or make payments in person at the cashier's window.

Tuition Pay Monthly Budget Plan is also available through Sallie Mae.
- This service enables you to make payments in monthly installments for the full year's tuition and fees.
- This is not a loan program, and there are no finance or interest charges.
- There is, however, a non-refundable application fee.
- Contacting Tuition Pay directly at 1-800-635-0120.
- You may also apply online at Tuition Pay.

Change of Name or Address
To avoid billing and registration problems, students must inform (in writing) the Registrar's Office, Dugan Hall, UMass Lowell South, of any change of name or address.

You may also update your address by accessing the Student Self Service in the iSiS system.

Student ID Number
Your student ID number is your iSiS/UMS number.
