Payment Options

1) Payments may be made by cash, check, money order, M/C, Visa and Discover. Mail payments (made payable to UMass Lowell) to:

Payments may also be made in person at the cashier's window, Dugan Hall, Room 106, UML South.

Please note, a cash payment cannot be accepted after 4 pm. To pay by credit card, call (978) 934-3593.

You may also make a payment or view your account online by logging on to the Student Information System.

2) Tuition Pay Monthly Budget Plan is also available through Academic Management Services (AMS). This service enables you to make payments in monthly installments for the full year's tuition and fees. This is not a loan program, and there are no finance or interest charges. There is, however, a non-refundable application fee. Brochures are available in the Accounts Receivable Office or by contacting AMS directly at 1-800-635-0120. You may also apply online at Tuition Pay.

Change of Name or Address
To avoid billing and registration problems, students must inform (in writing) the Registrar's Office, Dugan Hall, UML South, of any change of name or address.

You may also update your address by accessing the Student Self Service in the ISIS system.

Student ID Number
Your student ID number is your ISIS/UMS number.
