Parking PermitsEvery vehicle parked in a University parking lot must have a parking decal. There is a $15 fine for parking without a decal. For your convenience you may apply for a parking decal online by following the link below and your decal will be delivered to you. You may also appeal a parking ticket by submitting a completed appeals form to the office either in person or by mail.Apply for a parking permit IMPORTANT: You have not successfully completed the application process until you see a UMass Lowell receipt/temporary parking permit on the screen. If you do not receive this screen, contact the Access Services Office for assistance. Instructions(1) All automobile permit decals-whether student, faculty, staff, or visitor-should be attached, with their own sealant, to the lower right hand corner of the interior driver's side rear window. Temporary PermitsAnyone planning to have a motor vehicle on campus for any period must obtain at least a temporary permit. This applies to substitute vehicles when a registered vehicle is being repaired, any loaned vehicle, or any other vehicle from any source being driven or parked on campus.
