Replacing Lost, Stolen or Damaged ID Cards

In the event that your ID is lost or damaged, you will need to get a new one. There is a $20 replacement fee.

If your card no longer works but is physically intact without any visible damage, the fee will be waived.

To get a new card, please come to the Access Services Office in the UML South Dining Hall. If you've lost your card, please bring another form of identification plus your UMS (ISIS ID) number. If your card is damaged, please bring it with you.
