How to Pay a Parking Ticket
Parking tickets may be paid in one of three ways:1. Cash, check or credit card, in person, at the Access Services Office in the UML South Dining Hall. Bring the ticket or a CLEAR and LEGIBLE copy with you.
2. By credit card over the phone. Have the ticket number and your UMS number available before calling 978-934-4211.
3. By U.S. mail using the pre-addressed orange envelope in which you received the ticket. Be sure to include the ticket or a CLEAR and LEGIBLE copy in the envelope.
