Parking Permit ApplicationsIMPORTANT: You have not successfully completed the application process until you see a UML receipt/temporary parking permit on the screen. If you do not receive this screen contact the Access Services Office for assistance.Faculty/Staff: Permits will be mailed to the address you select during the summer in time to arrive for the start of school. If you do not receive your permit by August 18 please check back to this web page for updated mailing information. Student permits are not currently available in the Access Services Office. Online sales only at this time. IMPORTANT: Due to a delay at the printers student permits are not yet available. We will distribute these as soon as they arrive. You may apply online at anytime. The permits will be mailed upon receipt. NO TICKETS FOR PARKING WITHOUT A DECAL WILL BE ISSUED IN STUDENT LOTS UNTIL ALL PERMITS HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED.
