Description
New! The Underground River is an environmental science demonstration about our water resources. A Tsongas Center teacher will visit your class with a Groundwater Model Simulator that shows how contaminants can spread easily underground into our water supply, as they did so tragically in Woburn, MA, site of the book and film, "A Civil Action." Students will gain a better understanding of how fragile our water resources are. (Grades 5-12. 45-minute program in your classroom.) Scheduling and Reservations
