The 2014 Staff Performance Management cycle begins officially on Monday, March 31. This means that managers and supervisors should be scheduling meetings with individual employees to conduct the formal annual evaluation of their performance over this past year. All forms and many other resources to support this process are available on our HR/EOO website
The goal of performance management is to ensure that all employees are provided with comprehensive feedback on their performance. We are confident that the Performance Planning and Evaluation forms will serve their intended purpose – to facilitate good and productive conversations between employees and managers about goals and priorities, planning and performance.

All completed evaluations are due back to HR/EOO by Friday, May 30.
