Judy Martineau joined The New England Consortium in May of 2001 as the Staff Assistant. She comes to TNEC from the Construction Occupational Health Program (COHP) at UMass Lowell, where she was the Staff Assistant for five years. Formerly Judy worked for Abacus Technology, Raytheon and for the Federal Veterans Administration in Bedford and in Lowell.
