Confined Space TrainingConfined Space Awareness This four-hour course is designed for anyone who works around confined spaces and ALL emergency responders. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to identify a confined space and understand its associated hazards. This program is a must for any employer with confined spaces on site or whose employees may encounter confined spaces during their normal course of employment. Confined Space Entry (Entrant, Attendant, Supervisor) During this 12-hour program participants will learn the proper procedures for making entry into Permit required Confined Spaces. This program of instruction will prepare the participant to operate in the capacity of Entrant, Attendant, or Entry Supervisor during confined space operations. Participants will become familiar with CFR 1910.146 and how to properly employ the permit program. This course is a combination of classroom instruction and practical application in actual permit spaces utilizing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), meters and ventilation. This course of instruction is required by OSHA before an employee can enter a Permit Required Confined Space. A special emphasis is put on safety and non-entry rescue. Confined Space Rescue A 16-hour course for anyone who during the course of their employment is expected to make rescues from confined spaces. This course is a combination of half classroom with the other half devoted to practical scenarios in actual confined spaces. The program content is easily modified to match your needs.
