Follow Route 128 (North or South) towards Burlington. Take Route 3 North. From Route 3, take exit 30B onto the Lowell Connector. From the Lowell Connector, take exit 5B, Thorndike Street. (See directions below Thorndike Street to the Wannalancit Office & Technology Center*.)

Follow Thorndike Street under the Connector, under a second overpass, and around to the right where it becomes Dutton Street. At the third light, pass diagonally through the intersection towards the left onto Arcand Drive, keeping the Lowell City Hall complex on your left. At the next light, opposite the U.S. Post Office and a parking garage, turn left onto Father Morrissette Boulevard. Wannalancit will be on your right. Turn right just before the complex, onto Suffolk Street. The TNEC Training Center is located on the 5th Floor of 600 Suffolk Street. Parking is located in the visitor parking lot on your right.
From Route 110
From the Lawrence area follow Route 110 (also VFW Highway) along the Merrimack River towards Lowell. After entering the Lowell city limits, you will encounter a set of traffic lights. At the third light take a left on Aiken Street and proceed over the bridge. At the next traffic light take a left on Father Morrissette Boulevard, Wannalancit will be on your left. Turn left onto Suffolk Street. The TNEC Training Center is located on the 5th Floor of 600 Suffolk Street. Parking is located in the visitor parking lot on your right.
From Route 38
Take Route 38 North towards Lowell to the junction of Route 110 West (at a traffic light, Andover Street). Pass through two more sets of lights and go around a rotary, staying on Rt. 38. At the next light stay straight, you are now on the VFW Highway. At the second light after that take a left over the Aiken Street Bridge. At the next light take a left onto Father Morrissette Boulevard. Wannalancit will be on your left. Turn left onto Suffolk Street. The TNEC Training Center is located on the 5th Floor of 600 Suffolk Street. Parking is located in the visitor parking lot on your right.
