Veterans Services

UMass Lowell welcomes veterans, guardsmen, reservists and all active duty military students who are enrolled in Undergraduate, Graduate and Continuing Studies degree and or certificate programs.  We are committed to helping our students take full advantage of all educational benefits offered for the military that are available through the Federal and State government.

Students will be certified for these benefits by our Veterans Benefits Coordinator (VBC), who is located in the Registrar’s Office in Dugan Hall on South Campus. The VBC is also in contact with many other departments and organizations both on campus and off campus who offer support and resources for our students.  Please feel free to stop in, email or call.

The mission of creating and maintaining a veteran friendly campus is supported by a standing committee on veterans’ affairs, with a strong representation of veterans on campus and from the community. We also work closely with the ROTC and the Student Veterans’ Organization on campus.
