Biosketch
Bethany Gentleman is certified as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Nursing experience in community health and as a in GNP in the long term care and subacute facility settings. She has developed and implemented a model of NP follow up care for post-nursing facility discharge to home frail elders. She is also currently in private practice providing primary care to the homebound and Assisted living older adult population. She has taught clinical nursing as adjunct faculty in the UMass Lowell and Endicott College nursing programs.
She is a member of the Eta Omega Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International and serves on the Research Committee.
