Robert Holmes

Bob has managed a program for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that provides an integrated package of health and social services to the frail elderly for the last ten years.  In this position he is responsible for writing and interpreting state and federal regulations and polices for the Executive Office of Health and Human Services.

Prior to this Bob worked for over two decades in health care serving in management and clinical roles in both the hospital and the home care setting.
