Biosketch
Professor Weeden is primarily interested in science education. Classes taught include Environmental Geochemistry, Forensic Geology, Earth and Life, General Geology, Weather and Climate, Sedimentation and Stratigraphy, as well as Environmental Science and Environmental Problems Seminars. Her research interests are water and soil chemistry. She has also partnered with Middlesex Community College's STEM program and The Lowell Parks and Conservation Trust. She has taught at UMass Lowell since January 2007.
