Biosketch

Qiaoling Ma is currently a consultant in University of Massachusetts Lowell. Since 2011, she has worked as Professor William Lazonick's research assistant on the project on Financial Institutions for Innovation and Development, funded by the Ford Foundation. Her research interests are innovation-based enterprise and strategy of company development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Hebei University, a Master’s degree in Regional Economic and Social Development from University of Massachusetts Lowell.
