UMass Lowell Web Services

Web Services

Increasingly people look online for information whether it is to decide where to attend college or to find the name of a researcher who presented at a conference. Web Services is charged with making all the University’s websites attractive, easy to navigate and accurate. We also provide interactive technologies such as blogs and chats, as well as customized applications such databases and online forms.

What We Do

  • Design the overall look and feel of the University’s site
  • Write and edit content for new sites
  • Approve content changes with the CMS workflow
  • Customize template designs
  • Develop customized applications
  • Create and implement online policies
  • Incorporate interactive technologies
  • Search engine optimization
  • Maintain University photo gallery
  • Edit and distribute UML Today
