Reporting a Crime that Occurs Off-Campus
To report a crime that occurs at an off-campus location, contact the appropriate local police department. In the case of an emergency it is always best to dial 911 and follow the procedures outlined above. For the purpose of reporting a crime to the Lowell Police Department (LPD), we include the business number for LPD, as well as other UMass Lowell Police Department contacts below. University Police staff will assist students with notification of local police agencies if requested.
