The UMass Lowell campus is a community of more than 15,000 students, staff and faculty within a city of approximately 100,000 persons. UMass Lowell is both a center for higher education and a vibrant, active community. As with any community of similar size, criminal activity and emergencies do occur on campus. As a member of the campus community, there are a great many things you can do to protect yourself and your belongings, as well as help the University Police maintain a safe environment where education and research can thrive.

Instructions

  1. Please fill out the registration form and print it out.
  2. Requests must be dropped off in person at the University of Massachusetts Lowell Police Dispatch window for forwarding to the Chief’s Office.
  3. Requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the request.
