Forum Confronts Pros, Cons of Technology for Women

Lowell--The Center for Women & Work at UMass Lowell presents the 5th Annual Gathering at the Well Forum to examine "Technology in Women's Lives: Labor Saving or Enslaving?" to occur Friday, April 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Wannalancit MIL Conference Room, 600 Suffolk St. Lunch will be included.

Keynote Speakers for the day include Roslyn Feldberg of the Massachusetts Nurses Association and Maria Papesh, Lowell National Historical Park. A panel discussion will follow featuring Lowell Mayor Rita Mercier and Jeanne Osborn, Director of the Lowell Chamber of Commerce.
