Data Will Help Boeing and NASA Plan Astronauts' Spacewalks
Thanks to data provided by Dr. Ivan Galkin, Boeing and NASA now have a new tool for predicting plasma densities in the ionosphere. This, in turn, will help mission controllers decide whether it’s safe for astronauts to venture outside the Space Station.
