Dr. Lee is an Associate Professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at UMass Lowell. He received all his engineering degrees from the University of California at Irvine. Dr. Lee has postdoctoral experience from Princeton University and teaching experience from Rutgers University and West Virginia University Institute of Technology. He is the author or coauthor of over 50 journal and conference publications. Dr. Lee is also a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio.
