Take Back the Night Demonstration

Take Back the Night is national effort organized in local communities with the purpose of unifying women, men and children to speak out against sexual assault and domestic violence. Locally, a march from Lowell City Hall through the downtown area, followed by a rally at City Hall. The events are part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, and feature speakers, music and live performances, and an open mic for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
