Children of UMass Lowell students, staff and faculty with your children are invited by the Residence Hall Association to this year’s annual “Safe Zone” Halloween Event. This event allows children age PreK – 4th grade from Lowell public schools to trick-or-treat in a safe environment. There will also be Halloween booths with games for the students to enjoy. There is no charge.
