"To Kill A Mockingbird and the Southern Gothic Tradition" with Keith B. Mitchell, asst. professor of English, who will discuss southern literature from William Faulkner to Eudora Welty and to recent writers like William Gay and will give an overview of Southern Gothic literature in relationship to Harper Lee's "To Kill a Mockingbird."
