The UML English Department, UML History Department and Lowell Council of Veterans present An Evening with Lucinda Franks, a former staff writer for The New York Times and the first woman to win the Pulitzer Prize for writing a five-part series on the anti-Vietnam terrorist group, The Weatherman. She will be reading from her recenlty published book, "My Father's Secret War."
